Last night was my first time kayaking at night, and guess were I went? The Bioluminicent Bay in Fajardo known world wide, approximately 7 documented in the world and the most known are from Puerto Rico. At first I was a bit nervous just to think about kayaking in the Bay at darkness, because of and other experience I had with Moises the manati.... but that's another one of my adventures I will tell you that one later. The water was very nice and warm, I noticed it also was very shallow at first I was a bit disappointed because I could not see anything... but as we keept rowing into the mangroves the experience enhanced with beauty, a magical experience out of a fantasy, glowing water, glowing creatures, like tinny stars at the site of any movement in the water, like glow sticks, glitter, like your in a new world/ galaxy I was incredibly beautiful, dreamy... It stated raining and it just increased the magic as every drop that feel in to the bay was a drop of light... But they say that the one in Vieques witch is also part of Puerto Rico is amazing and more glowing!!! Can't wait to go there, an I hope you bloggers want to visit some time and enjoy the one of a kind experience.
Their is no pictures that could capture the beauty of those creatures... :( but here is some pictures from the internet.
